inspection sites near Kernersville, NC?

I recently moved to the area and I need a "friendly" place to get my car inspected. There really isn't any reason that it shouldn't pass but I would just prefer a simple in and out deal. Any suggestions?

I'm from Kernersville, but I dont know any good inspection sites. I get mine inspected in Madison. It didn't pass. But...I still drive it.
