worn spider gears???

Hi guys, Im wondering about my wifes 99 ta. It has 160000 miles on it. It was babyd up to 140000 miles till we got it. She drives it as a daily driver, me as a track car. (road course auto-X). The rear was fine till the last Road America track day.
When I was checking things over b4 another track day I grabd the rear tire and gave it a wiggle. Outer bearings seemd good but you could hear in the rear end clunking when i grabd the top of the wheel and moved it back and forth. (in the differental). I put it on the hoist and took the cover off, I can see the noise coming from the 2 spider and 2 side gears. Lot of play!!! (not broke)
Any one have this problem??? I did a search and no one has had this prob posted. Dose any on yet no of a place to get JUST NEW SPIDER AND SIDE GEARS. I dont want to get a bigger rear or after market dif. Any help or info, Thanks

Also do the older rears have the round center pin with springs, mine was the block with no springs...????

I have a bit of play in mine as well and I was wondering if my humming rear was caused by the spiders. Is yours humming?

Here's a few I've been looking at:

My rear howls very little. I would say any rear howl is from the ring and pinion gears. Mine from high miles.

No one else had this prob or no any more info about the spider gears.

I figerd out the pin thing. The ones with the spings is limited slip. Mine is not.
