ok, i almost bought an slp takeoff unit to replace my posi.. i ran into a thread while doing some searches and saw that abs may be lost switching to that unit?

this is news to me.. are the abs sensor thingies at the axle near the lugs or are they on the posi for a 97 camaro z28?

i am looking to just to a quickie swap on my posi while i replace the bent axle() since i am peg legging about..

can anyone shed some light as to what exactly i have on my car? and what i should do? i have a 12 bolt in my future(sep/oct timeframe) and dont wanna drop a grand on it right now..

so wheres the abs?

and what kind of posi should i be getting?
