Should be a direct bolt in.

93:
-no skip shift
-lower torque capacity rating
-different gear ratios
-actually two different versions

----M28 (93) ----M29 (93) ---- MM6 (94 and up
torque - 360 lb-ft - 400 lb-ft --- 450 lb-ft
rating
1 ------ 3.36 ----- 2.97 ---- 2.66
2 ------ 2.07 ----- 2.07 ---- 1.78
3 ------ 1.35 ----- 1.43 ---- 1.30
4 ------ 1.00 ----- 1.00 ---- 1.00
5 ------ 0.80 ----- 0.80 ---- 0.74
6 ------ 0.62 ----- 0.62 ---- 0.50
Axle --- 2.73 ----- 3.23 ---- 3.42

Isn't there a difference in the speedo sensor? I thought the '93 trannies needed some modification for the speedo to work in a 94+.
