My vote is a Vigilante from Precision Industries...I would discuss stall with one of their techs..I deal with Vicki..Anyway I've got a 9.5" Vig 3600 stall with lockup.. been in the car since 1996 and I just sent it back for freshening only because I was rebuilding the trans...I got 5 soild tenths at the track and awesome daily drivability. You really get what you pay for here..My advice would be not to skimp...www.converter.com
