What Parts to Swap for Shift Kit?

Here's the story:

Blew a transmission last year (TH-350). Bought a used one (TH-350).

The guy said it has a mild B&M shift kit. It's currently installed on my car
and working. I don't like it...soft, slow shifts.

I had a Trans-go shift kit in my blown tranny; I want to swap parts.

Does anyone know of a clear procedure to link...or specific instructions of
what parts to remove and replace? Possibly post install instructions for both
types of shift kits? I can't find them anywhere easily.

The difficult part is, I need to identify whether or not there is a B&M shift
kit in the current transmission and set it back to 'stock' before installing the
Trans-go, correct?

Thanks,
Tino
