weird thumping feeling from shifting (auto)

well ever since today, im getting this wierd thumping when shifting from 1-2 and letting off gas...

i dont think it can be the tranny becuase i have a poly urathane mount!

it feels as if its comming from the rear!

any ideaS?

Verify that your torque arm front mount is properly seated, check your rear torque arm bolts and check that your LCA bolts are tight.

Make sure your tranny mount is not coming loose.
I had that problem. It makes a small thumping sound when shifting 1st to 2nd.

tranny mount screw came loose!

problems solved!
