I noticed a couple of months ago that it seems my shifts were getting I guess you could say harder. I have an auto and lately I have noticed that something in the rear in is making a clicking or banging noise. When i hit the gas from a stop it seems like theres play and the car kinda of jumps, and if I am just rolling if I tap the gas I hear a click sound as so as the car starts 2 accelerate. Do you guys have any idea what it could be? W/e it is its getting worse.

could be as simple as a u joint or tranny mount or as bad as a loose rear end

 

I am hoping its just the u joint because I had my tranny mount fixed less then a year ago I dont think it would be that again... how can I tell if its the u joint?

 

twist drive shaft in a circular motion to see if any play in u joint then remove shaft and twist joints to see if any bindig is occuring
