Viper guy here in need of help with his T-56!

Folks, last night in my Viper i did the dreaded downshift(i beleive it was 1-2-1). Since then on the highway it's making a whining noise from the tranny area when you accelerate(goes away when you let off). Since its happening in every gear i'm thinking it may be the input shaft bearing? If i am in need of a rebuild can you guys reccomend anyone in upstate NY? Thanks!
