Question TV Cable didn't work. What about the valve???

Hey everyone. Well as those that read my previous post, I was having problems with my TV cable and the shift points my car had. Well I adjusted the old cable, and the best I could do was 15 mph 1-2 shift, and 37 mph 2-3, etc. The shifts after the 1-2 shift are way late.

I thought maybe replacing the old cable with a new TCI unit would help, but after installation and adjustment, it just does the same thing as the old cable with the shift points. Another thing is that with the TCI unit, I'm adjusting via the wire cable and not the tab.

I'm very confused on what to do. I was wondering if it could be the valve or the valve spring that is not working or is my transmission gone?

Thanks.
