what shifter do you all think is the best? I want to get it right the first time and want the Hurst Pistol grip, it looks like the best made. All the b&m shifters look kind of plain and big.

I've had good luck with the B&M Pro-Ratchet. But the one I like best after driving a car with one is the Cheetah/Turbo-Action.

I think you might want to give "performance" equal priority with "looks".

I dont think a b&m is going to be any better performing then the Hurst i want. So i was looking mainly at comfort and bling bling.
