Turbo 400 trans in 95 lt1 camaro

Been thinking of either putting a turbo 400 or 350 behind my lt1. Can someone post a link or basic rundown of the conversion. What computer mods are needed, torque arm relocation, driveshaft, etc. Thanks

a th400 is overkill for a bolt-on car, a th350 would be a better choice

PCM will need to have the tranny control functions/codes programmed out. Trans will need the VSS/reluctor from a mid-90's Chevy pickup. I already was using a Spohn chassis mounted torque arm, so no issue. If you are running enough HP, you wouldn't want to leave the stock TA on there anyway. For a bellhousing, I used the JB Ultra-Bell. TCI trans shield works well. B&M Pro-Ratchet, mounted in the stock M6 console (my setup was orignally an M6). I have a reverse pattern manual valve body, and no trans brake.

My driveshaft was approx 43-5/8" between centers on the U-joints, but you need to measure for it after the trans is installed, and based on the tailshaft housing you use. The TH400 uses a unique slider spline pattern. I got a 3" chrome moly DS from Mark Williams. After I added the Gear Vendors O/D, I had to get a shorter DS, so the very low use MW DS is collecting dust in my garage.
