This started out of the blue. I got in my car to go to work and i was pulling out and i gave it some gas to get moving and. At about 3000 i heard this funny noise and the car wasnt going anyfaster till i let off the gas and it shifted. So I drove it through town i found out that if i drive it normal the car shifts just fine into 2nd bout when you get on it alittle i hear that funny noise and it wont shift till i let off the gas. and the messed up thing about it is that the tach doesnt shoot up it just stays at 3000. The tranny is rebuilt with only 19,000 miles on it and fluid is good. just got the tranny flushed not to long ago. please not be be the tranny.

 

how is your catalytic converter.

 

i was getting an egr code for the longest time. what would that have to do with anything???
