Transmission Pan bolts??

Does anyone know the size? I'm not at home right now and wanted to pick some up while I am close to the store. Thanks!

They have a special washer on them that should be used.

UH OH...so is there anywhere I could pick up these special washer? Mine has been back together for a couple months just straight bolts but it hasn't been driven much. Might be leaking, I'm not really sure. Thanks!

Re: Transmission Pan bolts??

The washers keep you from bending the pan up. The washers are concave, facing the thread end. If you screw them down too much, the washer flips the other way. In that case, you are supposed to replace them. I believe the washer is part of the stock bolt. If you are surviving without leaks, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Cool, I will keep a close eye on it. The problem is that I actually spilt a bit of trans fluid and I need to clean it all up off the bottom side so I can distinguish a leak from a drop.
