Re: Transmission mount??

Yeah, for me it was 70 and mid throttle, 3500 rpm up.. Once I was at 85 it leveled out...

But with the Prothane, the vibe was cit in half!!

Re: Transmission mount??

wow u complain about a little vibrations in higher speeds, what did u expect , these are race cars not luxuary cars

anyways yeah i get the same thing at 70 mph mostly 3/4-full throttle, its noticeable but i dont find it annoying

Re: Transmission mount??

I have had mine for some time now, and it does vibrate just a hair, nothing major, but it is very strong. It's a poly from www.thunderracing.com

Re: Transmission mount??

My poly mount was pretty bad at first then the vibration went away except at really high speeds i feel like i'm riding a vibrating bed. lol

So i get a new tranny mount due to this clunking sound everyone else has but i still have it and its now more common and noticeable. Its at all speeds now when i let off the gas instead of just coasting thru a parking lot when i let off. Should i shim my energy suspension mount.
