my transmission gets stuck in gears every now and then, it is also hard to shift sometimes. should i get a new tranny? its a 74 z28. i was looking at th400's but i was thinking it could just be the forks or even the transmission fluid. any insight on what could be wrong and what would be a good transmission to replace it with.

 

what kind of transmission is it?
you say forks like its a manual tranny, but you say ur looking at a th400
are you considering swapping?
