I have similar mods you will have including nitrous. I changed out my stock clutch to a Spec stage 3 and used thier steel flywheel. I think its the best clutch I have ever owned including the SLP LT4 disk and preasure plate with holes in it. I have had zero problems other claim to experience. I broke it in for 500 city miles (took forever). From that point on I beat the heck out of it everyday with occasional full throttle shifts on the bottle. I have no compaints.
Hopefully you have someone to help get that tranny down since you just had surgery on your arm.
I installed a spec last year to instantly find out it was defective making me do two clutch swaps in 2 days. The pressure plate wasn't milled flat so it didn't sit correctly on my freshly cut flywheel. So, I wont buy spec again. They have great customer service, though ...
I exchanged it for a McLeod that I haven't installed yet. I'm currently running a Zoom that I "borrowed" in a pinch to get the car out of my friends garage waiting for the McLeod to come. Haven't swapped them yet, but the Zoom is holding up great.
