trans won't shift

trans won't shift

i have a 81 z28 with a th350 and it was shifting them stopped one day checked the vacuum line and it had come off, so i put it back on and still won't shift. any ideas?

Check the gears on the governor they may have worn or broken and this will cause a no shift
