Question Trans Temp Gauge Install??

I just got a autometer trans temp gauge and was wondering if anyone has one installed on their f-body or truck. It's going on my 05 Silverado with the 4L60E... do I have to tap the pan? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Re: Trans Temp Gauge Install??

isnt the A/F guage just one purple wire on the o2 sensor? if you have just the power and ground connected you should have atleast some sort of indication that it is getting power.
