i had my trans for about a year now fully built by a good local trans shop, they only work on serious cars. now i go there to have them loosen up the converter last week and make some adjustments and do a trans tune up.(filter gasket and fluid change) got the car back wednesday and i decided to take it out last night, i wanted to make a half pass just to test out the new converter do a little burnout then stall the car up, launch, spin for a lil bit let off then got back on it when it grabbed short shifted 2nd and went to 3rd then let off, i come to a light when it goes green i hit the gas and the revs go up but the car is slightly moving like its in 2nd or 3rd gear (keep in mind i put the car back in d when i was at the light) then i put it in first and it goes fine go to 2nd fine, 3rd fine, last gear no good, take the car home, this mornin i start her up i get a ses light right away and the fans came on, put it in drive, all good. go around the corner , no good starts out with the high revs and slightly moving, put it in first and its fine but no od and it takes time to shift second ,
trans shop said everything looked great and nothing was wrong but thats kinda screwed up that i get it back and now i have a problem
my friend thinks its a sprag, but why a ses light, let me know if anyone else had similar problems.

im pretty sure its over 3200 stall because it was approx 2800 before but i have an update
i brought it to the shop and it drove there completly fine (hell i even got on it a few times
)
they scanned it today and said that there was a time that the computer read a temp in the trans at -40 degrees and said that TFT (trans fluid temp) sensor circuit high i believe this is DTC 59
what would cause that they said they are going to test drive the car with the scanner hooked up and see what it is reading

i brought it to the shop and it drove there completly fine (hell i even got on it a few times

ok now im pissed
they were driving the car and they said its driving absolutly fine even with the code in there they said that it was still reading -40 deg when it was getting up to temp, they also said its not going to affect anything, but they never jumped on it
i get the car back and so far so good, they said it may have been a stuck solenoid or something,
go to launch my car in first and it feels like its hitting the limiter at 6000 rpm, now i have the computer tuned by madz28 and he set the limiter at 6700 and shift at 6200 rpm
if i leave the car in drive and let it automaticly shift it pulls all the way to 6200 and then shifts with no problems
but then my problem comes back with no 4th gear and not going back to first when i leave from a stop (revs go up but stays in 2nd or 3rd)
the car has code 59 and 43. it lit up the ses light last night and latley when i come to a stop every time it stumbles then goes back to its normal idle
which code will illuminate the ses?
will the bad temp sensor in the trans affect the way it shifts?
