well i recently just purchased this car, the guy i bought it from gave me receipts of a tranny rebuild about 6K miles ago. it was rebuilt with TCI parts. the tranny should have no problem holding up to my horsepower. but now it is messed up again. It will not shift at all. i can sit there and press the gas and it will go up and hit the limiter....... but as soon as i take my foot off the gas the rpms drop and it's in 2nd now....... and same happens in 2nd then let off and it goes to 3rd......... this all happened after the other night when i gave it a little gas in 1st and it went to shift to 2nd and my wheels spun a lot and then when traction was caught it made a weird noise like a thud noise..... my abs inop light came on and the tranny started upshifting and downshifting from 2nd to 3rd..... now it won't even shift at all....... someone help me out is it possibly anything other than the whole tranny needing a rebuild??
