Tranny cooler lines popping off

This has happened many times in the last few months since i replced my 4l60 and added a trans cooler. I have put mor clamps on there nothing seems to have helped. I have gotten so fed up I am looking into havins stailess steel lines made with AN fittings so I can eliminate thos ehose clapms. Any help on what could cause this dosnt seem to be a problem on other stalled cars .

Ive never had any problems with my clamps. The only problem i had is when i tried connecting two tranny lines together with a metal fuel line. It wasnt barbed so it came undone and i had to tow it home one night. Sucked

I've had a B&M 24K on my car for years - never had a problem, even with my line pressure increased.

Are the connectors barbed?

Re: Tranny cooler lines popping off

No that might be my problem but to tell the truth I really want this bigger cooler I bought for more cooling its hot in my parts. Also will eliminate heat from my radiator due to just one cooler. And I drive my car everyday and race it so overkill is really what I want eliminate any possible breakable things.

I think this one will do just fine to cool my car do you think?
