Thump under car on the 1-2 shift??

Yep, mine looked the same.
Just got the poly one on, there might be slightly more vibration and noise with the poly mount, but its nothing real noticable, probably cause I have a convertible and you hear all the road noise anyway, definitely no griding. I suspect those that have had a lot of grinding sound probably have something wrong internally in their drivetrain somewhere or the wrong pinion angle set.
