Throw out bearing.. making noise.. ???

Like it says.. My throwout bearing is making a noise now.. Not every time.. And only when I am on the clutch.. If it makes it after that, I cant hear it..

Is it dead and/or dying?

My clutch has 46K miles.. In 2 years.. Many track passes.. Quite a few dyno runs.. Many highway miles.. Should I start shopping for clutch and throwout bearings or does it just need lube?

I havent lubed the tranny in 33K miles.. (At 13K I had AMSOIL fluids installed)
