Well after numerous calls , emails , pms , and messages of Frank never returning , Frank decided to call me back after a month . As soon as I answered the phone he proceded to yell at me saying "Im done with you" and "take your business elsewhere" ! Well Frank you just lost a loyal customer and all the customers I was referring to you . IMO he demonstrated VERY bad business practice and was VERY immature . A business person as yourself should care about their customers and NOT drive them away . Treating your customers like this will lead down one path only ...... The demise of your business . You had the chance to make things right but took the ladder . If youre a returning customer or potential new customer to CPT, I would honestly second guess what youre doing and look at a different Trans builder like Performabuilt who doesnt treat their potential and current customers like garbage . Just tryin to spread the word about bad customer service and point other Fcar enthusiasts in the right direction

Put on your big girl panties and tell the whole truth. I called you to give you the number for someplace you could order a servo...for a transmission I built you 2 years ago! I've went out of my way to repair your transmission twice, after 2 converter failures... for converters I didn't supply. I only charged you a minimal "clean out" fee the second time, because I was trying to work with you and help you out. You turned on me, and then your posting this crap because you didn't like the results you got. Dude, don't ever come at me like you did. that will get you exactly what you got. I work very closely with many many of my customers on diagnosing issues. How many phone conversations did we have, trying to diagnose yours?
Your intermittant "no 4th gear" is most likely due to a tuning/computer issue. In our conversation 3 weeks ago, I explained what the situation was, and you said...AND I QUOTE!..."It's no big deal, just let me know when you can do something!". You got the reaction you did today as a direct result of a previous post where you were bashing me. You of all people who I've helped out NUMEROUS times! For the record, I never told you "To take your buisness elsewhere". So now you've stooped to the point of not only bashing, but now you're LYING! Let's quote you directly again because we need to clarify who was immature. I asked if you wanted the number to my supplier where I get my servos from. Remember your response, Bobby? I do!...It went something like "F@&K You!" "I'll get one myself!" That's why you're on your own, Bobby. Yes, Bobby, after the level of maturity that you've exhibited, I am in fact "done with you." thankfully, all of my other customers are a little more grown up than you are. You came at me, and you got the end result.

Why dont you tell the whole truth Frank . The whole reason im in this mess is because of YOU ! YOU referred me to that junk converter named Fuddle ! If it wasnt for YOU I would have NEVER bought it . But instead I trusted your word and look where it got me The first time my trans was still in warranty . The second time I paid for a clean out fee AFTER you told me I didnt have to pay anything . My trans worked perfectly until the converter went out that YOU recommended ! Then even after you "said" you went through the trans it still did NOT work right ! I honestly believe you never even touched my trans even though it sat in your shop for TWO MONTHS ! If you claim you do good work then why in the hell does my trans still not work ? I told you F&^* you when you wouldnt stop yelling at me like a non professional does . I offered to pay for the servo because of your situation but still you NEVER call back or answer your phone . Again bad business practice ! Seems to me you need to work on your business ethics buddy .
