Are these the same...Transgo shiftkits?

I am planning on buying a shiftkit for my car and was wondering if these are the same. Thunderracing sells Transgo shiftkits for 12x.xx dollars. I found some on ebay that appear to be the same thing, but for 40.00 dollars cheaper. I was wondering if they are the same kit? Here are the links. LMK

Immediately I notice that the one on ebay is "for professional use only". Probably bare minimun instructions at best.
Thunder Racings includes instructions and a video. Might be well worth the extra and piece of mind buying from a known vendor.

If it is only the directions, that doesn't really bother me so much, seeing that I will have a tranny shop install it for me. I rather buy from thunderracing, but forty dollars is a big difference for the same thing. That is if it is even the same shift kit. It looks as if it is though.
