Is there a electrical plug on a 97 lock-up converter ????

hey guys , got my 3000 stall tci lockup converter today (im psyched car goes in monday , finally) . Just makin sure its the right one. Do the torque converters for a 97 with lock-up have an electrical connector or is it some internal hydraulic thingy. I think I remember my 84's having a connector cuz you could put a switch on 2 wires and control lockup manually. The TCI I hold in my hand has no electrical connector I can see , and the service manual does not make any reference to unplugging anything when you remove the torque converter. Im so unlucky ive become paranoid .
thanks again you guys
