So i am swapping in a th350 and i have the fitz all kit. How do i get the output shaft out. Do i have to take apart the trans to do this.

 

Yes, the whole transmission needs to be disassembled to install the output shaft.

I just got done installing my TH350 with that kit and it worked very well. Yes you do have to disassemble the entire tranny to install the output shaft though. No big deal, because I was having it rebuilt anyway. Did you get the kit with the dip stick? I got it to work, but it took alot of bending.
