Tell if i have a shift kit?

is there a way to tell if i have a shift kit in my A4 with out taking the tranny apart?

When the 4l60e is working properly(fresh fluid etc.) and behind a car with power it feels like there is a shift kit in it. Also someone could have programmed the pcm for a harder shift as well.You also could ask the previous owner(s)to show you any work that was done to the vehicle. Hope this helps some!
