TCI 3000 didn't come with bolts

I just got my TCI 3000 torque converter and I have been reading about the install. I know many people mentioned it came with 3 larger-than-stock bolts and an O-ring, however, mine didn't come with any of those, just the TC. Was there a design change, or am I missing that hardware?

Re: TCI 3000 didn't come with bolts

I contacted TCI and the guy didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. He told me it was either a 3/8" or 10mm bolt and couldn't tell me the specific dimensions. If anyone knows the bolt size for a TCI 3000 Street Fighter, please let me know! I want to get it installed soon!
