TC problems above 3000
I have heard about some people having problems with going above a 3000 stall, in earlier cars like my 94, and some are fine. What gives? What kinof fix is it?
I was thinking is this due to the fact some have traction control and others don't?

It's sometimes referred to as a "stall wall". Mainly occurs in ODBI cars, but isn't a guarantee...
It can do a few things...
1. You may bounce off the limiter through shifts.
2. It may not want to shift at all.
3. It skips second and goes right to D or OD in "limp mode" because the computer thinks something is wrong with the transmission...
Some custom tuners have been able to program fixes for this. I have yet to get out and rip on my 3000 stall yet (put it in a few weeks ago, damn snow), but my programmer said he has the fix and that I shouldn't have a problem...
