Stuff this Ford 9" under my 95 Z28?

My cousin decided to part out his mud truck and I picked up his ford 9" rear end on a trade. I dont know if its something worth using or not. I know the 9" is a great rear end but is this thing going to need a complete makeover to work for me?

I plan on pulling it all apart and cleaning and painting, replacing bearings and seals - convert to disk brake? - as long as its the right width and I either dont have to swap the axles or they are fairly cheap. Im sure the bolt pattern is not the same.

Thanks for the help:

The big problem is fabricating a torque arm mount. The one that Moser uses on their "bolt-in" 9-inch for the F-Body is fairly complex (no, they will not sell you a mount). It has three large tubes welded on the housing for attaching the mount to assembly. The mount itself is a custom casting.
