I went with a Spec #3 with alum fly wheel. I have an internal balance 1997 383ci LT1. I has the steel insert which is attached by many small fasterners. I have changed the insert out when I replaced the clutch. 13 lbs really helps the engine rev. Great for a road type car. The Alum unit came with a bolt on weight for external stock assembly balance. B.
