Some questions about clutch

I got my heads and cam the other day, so now the only thing I have left to order is a clutch and I have a few questions.

1) which clutch is highly recommended...for the ballpark of 500 base hp (don't know what mine would have but that is overkill if anything, so a better clutch would be insurance for me..)

2) is there a huge benefit to getting a new flywheel for that clutch, or is that a necessity?

3) what are all the parts needed to simply swap out the clutch (parts, not tools) just the clutch itself and flywheel if I want to go ahead with that too?

Thanks for your help

You need to tell us what vehicle you are asking about.... you will get different answers for the 3rd Gen, LT1 and LS1 cars, since the clutch designs are different in all three of them.

Why not add a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods? That way people can provide more accurate answers.
