Question Should I use this clutch?

My clutch in my 96 Z28 recently stop engaging. When the car is off I can change the gears fine, however when the car is running I can not shift into a gear or out. If the car is in gear (1st or reverse) and I start it will move forward and the only way to really stop it is to stall it. While it is moving the clutch pedal will vibrate a lot.
I ordered a RAM premium replacement clutch (P/N RAM-88516) from summit racing. I was wondering how well this clutch should hold up. Should I use it to replace the clutch or should I send it back for another clutch.

The car will be used mostly in the street since it is my DD. The only real mods are pacesetter L/T, ORY-pipe, and a magnaflow exhaust.

I just don't want to have to do the job twice. Thanks for the help
