shift kit suggestions?

Anyone got any reccomendations for a automatic style shift improver kit? i was thinking of the TCI Trans Scat since i have their torque converter but i had a trans go in my 69 Cutlass and i liked the way it shifted but it would shift to early, dont know if that was the installers mistake or not. any suggestions will help
