Serious SPEC clutch or slave cylinder issue. PLEASE help

to get to the point.
i've got a fresh 383 in my car with about 6k on it
backed behind a 6 speed with 4.10's
and a SPEC stage III carbon clutch.
and i put it together with a GM pilot bushing (small cylindrical-looking piece) i know some people choose to use a bearing instead.
car has 101k total

here's the problem. Yesterday, i'm driving along
go to shift from 2nd to 3rd, and then the pedal goes totally mushy
the pedal won't come up all the way to the top. it takes like 50% less pressure to depress than it used to.
the clutch used to engage right near the top (almost all the way let out) after yesterday it engages right at the floor
like the clutch disengage all the way.
The car absolutely refuses to go in reverse, and it's REAL tight to go into any other gears.
when you press on the clutch pedal you can feel a real nasty vibration, and the worst of the worst is if i am on a real level surface, and i've got the car in neutral, clutch to the floor, then put it in gear still with the clutch mashed to the floor, it WILL start to roll forward! this is SOOOO not good.
Any ideas guys?
maybe my slave cylinder something with the clutch? i dont' know
but it's my daily driver and i KNOW i shouldn't be driving it this way.

It might be the hydraulics. I had a similar problem with my McLeod single disc setup (hard to go into gears, creeps forward with clutch disengaged). I tore everything down, and my clutch was pretty torn up, since instead of disengaging the clutch, its slipping. As much as it sucks, you should tear down your trans again and let it sit, because the more you drive it, the more you wear the hell out of your disc and burning your pressure plate and flywheel. I'm in the process right now of figuring out what the hell is going on, but I'm thinking it might be my hydraulics are going bad. Other than that, I'm not really sure. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

Well with ANY high clamping clutch it is ALWAYS recomended to get new stock hydrolics (slave/master). The clamp presure is ALOT higher with the aftermarket clutches then with a stock oem clutch. I have head of people poping there slaves, or rupturing small holes in the lines beucase the hold unit that has 100,xxx miles is so worn that it cant hold the pressure. I would recomend getting a new setup from the dealer the installing it. I belive the unit comes sealed and bled fromt he factory acording the the dealer. For all you know you could have poped the diaphram on the slave cylinder. Take it out and look for wear, best advice i can give you.
