same old problem same old trans...

ok im sure all teh experts here know my problem by now "rev limiter at wot in all gears and soft high throttle shifts with hard soft throttle shift" trans is completely rebuilt stock with shift kit but anyway there is NOTHING left to replace inside the transmission without upgrading it only thing used over is the case. pcm was retuned by madz28 so i know the shift points are fine, and the speedo is dead on now. hits the rev limiter 2-3 times into 2nd and once or twice into 3rd havent checked o/d wide open . but anyway my builder finally got the point that ive been trying to tell him right all along so im just seein if you guys have any advice i can print off for him before he calls you. ive already written down the numbers for cpt and ck performance and im gonna give them to him tomorrow. hopefully hell understand he cant do it and will send it to one but if not i hope hell take yalls advice because he sure did begin to understand i actually researched what i sent him when i told him the pcm woudlnt fix it and it didnt lol.
anyway thanks in advance for any help and i appolagize for reposting this same problem so many times.

I can assure you he still hasn't put the RIGHT parts in your transmission. These complaints are the reason why it pays to send your 4L60E's to a 4L60E specialist. The problem is, your builder doesn't know which parts to replace/modify.
The next problem is getting him to actually listen to anyone who's trying to tell him how to do it correctly.
The parts we use aren't cheap, that's why most places are reluctant to put them in. If he calls me, I'll give him a parts list, but that's still no guarantee he can assemble them all correctly.

Re: same old problem same old trans...

yeah, im hopin i can get him to send it out to be built right, ive given him parts lists a couple times but hes stuck on saying its not the transmission. and i dunno if he just doesnt get what i mean when i say its "slipping" when it tries to shift at wot but when my car nosedives after it commands a shift and bounces off the limiter i assume its "slipping" like a normal trans does without a shift kit at normal driving. its like going from 300hp to 20hp to the ground =/. then it shifts and takes off again. but i can tell hes about had it with the trans i think hes gonna try it this way and then ill get my chance. ive been trying to get him to put the better boost valve and high rpm springin it from the start sine its the high rpm shift that is causing trouble but he just refuses to listen to me, which is why i gave him the numbers for you and ckperf. hopefully hell listen to one or both of yall. anyway thanks, good to know you'll at least give him a baseline of parts for him to try. hopefully hell get his act together this time around, after havin my car in his shop everyday for 2-3 months im sure hes ready to get it out.
