While the slave was out, the petal was pushed down thus the slave popped out. Does anyone know how its installed?

Appears from your screen name that you have a 95 with the M6 trans?

You need to add a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and major mods. There are too many people here with screen names that do not match the car they are asking about.

 

Sorry I'm not familiar on how to add a signature, any instructions would be welcomed. The clutch slave is a lt1 t56 tranny though.

 

Top of every screen is a red task bar. Far left is "User CP". Left click, and on the drop down, left click "Edit Signature". Type the info in the signature field that appears.
