rearend noise

rearend noise

i just put a 373 rearend in my 86 Z, from an 84 Z. when driving it if im going at a steady speed i dont have any noise but if im speeding up or slowing down i have a howl in it. and sugestions

Sounds like the gears were not set up properly. You could have someone try to reset them, but usually once they start howling, the gears have to be replaced.
