rear dif. fluid change questions

I have a 99 Z with traction contol and abs with 3.23's. What kind of gear lube should I use in it? Synthetic? Do I need the limited slip additive? Is the limited slip additive compatible with the synthetic gear lube? What is the weight of the proper gear lube? Sorry about all the questions. I should probably read my manual huh?

Thanks to anyone that can help!

75-90 synth without the additive or 80-90 GL-5 dino without the additive. You have a Torsen diff. so the additive is unnecessary.
