Race converter shopping

What can I find that will work o.k. for a little while without soending a whole lot?

Is trans specialties any good? They have them in stock at the local speed shop. Looking for maybe a 5500. And would like to make it to a race next weekend and another the week after

If you want one that quick, then it sounds like you have only the one choice. Turnaround on those are not quick.

Pat's isn't very far from me...That being said, there's a reason why I order my converters from New York.

Probably Performance Torque Converter. ProTorque uses the PTC as their initials, too. Pro Torque Converters. You're probably not going to get one in a couple days from ProTorque, though.

I get mine from ProTorque. Yes, they're an excellent converter. I'm not sure about time wise. you'd have to call them. There's a link on our web page. 631-218-8700.
