Question on my clutch...

I noticed that my clutch is not fully disengaging, specially when i'm in traffic where I have to shift from 1st to second?

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem.?

Whenever I clutch driving under 5 mph it takes a couple of more seconds for the clutch to come all the way up.

Any comments?

Check that your clutch fluid level is fine and looks for leaks down at the slave cylinder.
