i just got a used lsd out of a 98 v6 camaro, and i was gunna put it in my 94 v6 camaro. Its a series 3 and i ahve 3.23 gears, so it should be compatible. My question is, should i take the bearing and stuff off the unit and replace it with all new stuff from an installation kit? If so where would be the best place to get one so that i dont avhe to order it online. Also what should i get to put on everything when installing it, what kind of grease do i use on teh gears?
I know some might say not to isntall gears yourself, but theres only one way to learn how to do it, and also i ahve someone with some experience thats gunna be helping me out with the install. thanks
