question about breaking in my new moser

ok, all when i get back fom iraq i will have a whole lot of parts waiting on me to install. including lloyds LE2 package and a moser rear end. my question is that i kinda wont to put all of this one at the same time. and i need to know is it ok to do a few dyno pulls with a rear end that probably is going to have less than 20 miles on it. or should i bolt on the rear end first drive around and break it in and then go back and do the cam. which in my mind is like twice the work. becasue that would be twice that i have to crawl up under there to unbolt the headers. thanks for any help that you all provide.
