Problems with SLP Clutch PP Set

I purchased a new SLP clutch PP setup for my camaro about a year ago. I have never felt like the clutch was holding right. The car is rarely driven and never raced. I replaced the slave cylinder and hydraulics as well had the flywheel turned. Is it posible that they turned the flywheel too much. The clutch might have 5000 miles since replacement. I really notice it if I drive aggressively. It won't fully engage the next gear and slips until I back off the gas. Any help or opinions would be great.
