Slave Cylinder

Where is the cheapest place to buy a replacement Clutch Slave Cylinder or even a slight upgrade to the stock one?

You can go to the dealer, or one of the guys here who can get GM parts for cheap, but it will come with the whole hydrolic system pre-bled. I think it's around 125 from the dealer. I know they make aftermarket master cylinders, I have one in my car, but I don't ever remember seeing aftermarket slaves.

I have an extra slave actually, It's got about 20k on it, but there is no problems with it that I know of. I baught the whole system new when I was doing my 6-speed swap because the master had a tear in it, so I have an extra slave sitting around. I'll sell it to ya for 30 bucks.

It was $169 I believe... I just bought one about a week ago... the clutch/slave.

It comes pre-bleed, just toss it in and go.

They are a bit of a bear to install though.

Advance auto sells the slave by itself, but then you have to bleed it with the master. The slave is easy to install but the master is a pita.

Call Dal he will get it for you cheap. I believe that I got mine for around $100. He is a parts man at a dealer. If you want more info on him try a search there is a lot out there.
