Unhappy Problems After installing Mcleod Clutch

Well i installed my mcleod a week ago and went to drive it and it started making a loud popping clunking sorta sound when letting out the clutch in 1st. Well i thought at first i might have been the headers i installed at the sametime(also having problem w/ headers). So when i went to fix my problems with the headers i started the car up w/ the clutch in and "nothing" it seemed fine except for the car running like s**t because it misfiring and throughing the code P0300. So i let the clutch out and i start to feel like something was bumping the tranny or something, put the clutch in again went away. Let it out samething. The only thing i could think of was maybe the clutch fork, because everything went in fine and the tranny just slid right in. So i raised the car back up and took a look at the everything visually to make sure everything was bolted in and hooked up. The only thing i saw disconnected was the reverse lockout soleinod. But i went ahead and took off the tranny again to take a look. Everything looked fine(i didnt pull off bellhouse or PP etc) no rubbing off clutch fork or anything. So i don't know what to do, i'm stumped???
All help is appriecated.

It's not that loud.....what kind of headers do you have? If they are hooker long tubes or equvalent then you might have to cut the frame a little bit where they are hitting.....i think that i had to make a little cut so that the headers would clear the frame......because it would make a lound bang everytime i changed gears and when i took off.....
