Possible rearend problems with LCA relocators & eibach sportlines?

Lately the rearend of my car has been making noises, nothing big, mainly making the noises after I've been driving a while. One thing I've noticed and can't manage to track down the source is that there is a vibration when I'm around 50-60 mph in 3rd gear driving the car 'spiritedly' Kind of rotating sound, deep and then it goes away by 70 mph. I've noticed recently that people are using LCA Relocators to change pinion angle. My car was lowered with eibach sportlines when I bought it and I don't think the car has an adjustable panhard rod or LCA relocators, I'm pretty sure it's just the springs. Would lack of these other modifications cause the rearend pinion angle to be off causing vibrations or wear on the rearend? The car is aligned fine, no weird tread wear and stays straight. Any input would be appreciated, I know it's hard to know what I'm trying to explain w/o hearing it.

I think I found a possible solution to my problem in another post...if it IS the reason i've got vibrations...

Wrong pinion angle causes driveshaft misalignment stressing u-joints and possibly creating vibration.
Does this sound like it may be it?
