Thumbs up Plug for CPT

Installed my CPT "Race" tranny with ProTorque TC today. Works as expected, hard shifts, lock-up works great. Install took about 3 hrs as I have never done one on a late F-body before. It's really hard to keep the car straight now, especially with all the rain and flooding we have right now in Nor-Cal. Frank was great to deal with, and answered all my questions with knowledgable information and advice.

The tranny I pulled out was SMOKED, it barely made it to the shop, has been bucking and surging for a couple months now. When I took it out, the pump bushing was toast as the converter was able to be moved around in the bellhousing an actually touch the case...anybody want a core for a build?

Thank You CPT

Re: Plug for CPT

Thanks for the review, Nate. Glad to hear it works the way you want it. We're very big on customer satisfaction. One thing, though...It's a ProTorque converter. Just wanted to make sure we give credit where it's due...LOL

LOL - I recommend ProTorque converters to anybody who asks, I think I had just read a post by Dana at Pro-Built when I typed that and my brain was messing with me
